Ashlee is an experienced personal trainer with extensive knowledge in the fitness industry. Over the last five years, she has excelled as a certified group fitness instructor, leading classes for all fitness levels. Recently, Ashlee became a certified yoga instructor, allowing her to incorporate yoga principles into her training. She finds joy in her clients' growth, dedicating herself to creating personalized workout plans that inspire and challenge them. Committed to ongoing learning, Ashlee stays updated on the latest fitness trends to ensure effective and safe training.

Dawnalyn is an experienced yoga teacher and Reiki Master with
over 16 years of dedicated practice. Her yoga journey has been
enriched through comprehensive teacher training that deepened
her knowledge of movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
As a certified Reiki Master, Dawnalyn brings a unique blend of
energy healing and spiritual guidance to her practice, creating
transformative experiences for her clients. Passionate about
personal development and mental wellness, she is committed to
fostering spaces that empower individuals to reconnect with their
inner selves and cultivate balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Marissa is a dedicated yoga instructor with 4 years of
experience. Marissa weaves movement, breath and magic into
every class – inviting you to stretch not just your body but your
spirit too. Rooted in presence and play, her teachings help you
connect with your inner self. Her classes create space for
softness, self-discovery and sensual presence. Marissa invites
you to move with intention and return home to yourself – one
breath at a time.

Cindi has embraced her role as an author, sharing her insights through two educational books. Cindi’s current research endeavors prioritize self-awareness, mindfulness, and somatic learning practices within counseling. As a trained and certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher, she holds special certification in Yoga for Trauma Recovery, reinforcing her belief in the mind-body connection. Cindi is committed to a somatic therapy approach that honors her clients’ experiences, paying close attention to their breath and body, which can reveal so much about their emotional states.
Cindi is also trained as a reiki master and enjoys exploring healing modalities like clinical hypnotherapy in addition to her 14 years of experience as a therapist, working with children, youth, and adults.
